1. How much money do you charge for pet portraits:

2. What material do you use? :

All my portraits are painted with professional-quality oil paints. Smaller pet portraits (5 inches x 7 inches to 8 inches x 10 inches) are painted on the linen panel and need to show the frame. Larger (12" x 16" and above) on linen, not stretched, for ease of mailing. If you need I can stretch the frame but need to pay more shipping fees.

3. How long does it take to complete a portrait? :

The current turnaround time is about 1-2 weeks to complete the painting.

4. Do you work from the customer's photo?

I work from the customer's photo, it is best to shoot in natural light without flash. The bigger the picture file, the better because it contains more details.

5. Can I see the portrait after the completion? If there are some things I am not satisfied with, can I ask you to solve them? :

of course! I always show the customer a picture of the "Complete" portrait for approval. The portrait was not announced until the customer was 100% satisfied.

6. How long do I need to wait to receive my portrait? :

After the painting is finished, it will dry for about a week. The unstretched works will be shipped in special thick paper tubes. The front and back sides of the stretched work will be plywood sandwiches and then put into a well-filled box to ensure safety.

7. Do you charge for shipping?

Yes, there is a shipping/handling fee that depends on the size of the portrait. I shipped via DHL International Express (3-7 days). I also ship through China Post EMS (tracking) worldwide.

8. How do I commission your portrait?

Please purchase the size list you want. I ask the customer to pay the full amount in advance.
