Many artists specialize in pet portraits, all with very different techniques and interpretations. I try to create something beautiful that captures the spirit of the animal. My paintings are not photo realistic, but rather my impression of your pet expressed with colors chosen by me.
I am currently working on hardboard panels supported by a wooden cradle which gives you the freedom to hang the painting as is or to have it framed.
If you are interested in commissioning a painting of an animal you love or a gift for someone who has a pet that is dear to them, please select "Request a Custom Order," and include a few photos or even send some in the mail. Once I see the photos I can choose an adequate size and give you a time frame for completion. When I complete the painting, I will send you a link to your listing and you can complete the purchase. Once you receive the original artwork, I'm positive you will love it but if you do not, simply return it to me and I will refund your payment.
