This item is an original, custom oil painting, NOT digital. It is custom made for your cat or dog.

I know how much your pets mean to you. You may want to memorialize a beloved pet that has already crossed over the rainbow bridge, or proudly display a portrait of your best friend in your home. I work with you from the beginning to choose the best, highest quality photo of your pet in order to create a beautiful, colorful 30x30cm oil painting of them.

DETAILS:
- Oil paint on 12x12" (30x30cm) canvas
- I will need up to a week to complete the portrait and another week for the oil paints to dry
- Signature in bottom right corner.
- Does NOT include framing.

PROCESS & DELIVERY:
- When checking out, please try to include one photo of your pet for reference. I will work with you to find the best quality photo, as it's important to have a lot of detail for me to paint.
- I work hard to have a 2 week turnaround time, which includes drying time. I will keep you informed and send you pictures of the process if you want.
- I live in southern Chile, and shipping normally takes 2-3 weeks for international packages.
- Includes tracking number.
- Painting will be fitted in a plastic sleeve and placed between foamboard or cardboard for protection.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
- Cancellations accepted for one day after purchase only, to ensure that I have not begun drawing.
- Once I begin painting, you may not seek a full return. Depending on how much of my time I have already invested, I may do a partial return via PayPal, however I can not guarantee any refund at all.
- If your item gets damaged in the mail, I will request pictures of the damage from you in order to process a refund from the mailing system.
