1. Just buy the listing of the artistic style you are interested in and also choose if you want to get only a digital photo or a printed copy up to 13"x19" as well.
2. Send us a message via Etsy or via email at artinspirationltd [!at] gmail.com with the photo you wish to be recreated with the higher resolution possible. Please notice that the higher the resolution of the original photo, the better the final result and portrait size we can get.
3. In 1-3 working days, we will mail you back the digital file with the artistic version of your photo, as well as we will ship you a hard copy (if you have ordered one).

If you want us to ship the printed photo as a gift to someone else, we would be more than happy to include a personalized gift card with your message on it and not include any transaction documents in the package. This service is FREE of charge. Contact us for details.

All of our photos are printed on Epson Archival Matte Paper (>167 g/m2).
This is a top quality non-glare paper to ensure archival print life and color stability.

11.7" x 16.5" or 29.7 x 42 cm (A3)
13" x 19" (Super B) or 32.9 x 48.3 cm (A3+)

Notes:
�We try to print our photos to the best quality possible, at 300dpi. To this end, for an 8"x10" photo, your source image should be at 3000 x 2400 pixels (7.2 megapixels), for an A4 at 2480 x 3508 pixels (8.7 megapixels), for an A3 at 3508 x 4961 pixels (17.4 megapixels) and for A3+ at 3886 x 5705 pixels (22.17 megapixels). IN ANY CASE, contact us to find out what is the best outcome possible for your photos.
�All prints are sold unframed. Frames shown in some photos are NOT included.
�BIGGER print sizes or COTTON CANVAS prints are also available upon custom request.
�Color might slightly vary from the monitor screen.
�Copy protection watermarks that might appear on the listing photos, will not appear on your final custom digital or printed product you will receive.



*** CONFIDENTIALITY ***

We will not share, show or publish your personal photo for any reason without your permission. For safety reasons, all customer photos will be purged after a period of 2 months.



*** SHIPPING DETAILS ***

All printed orders are shipped within 3 business days via registered priority airmail and they are packaged coming inside a weatherproof sealed poly-bag for moisture protection during shipping and packaged in stay flat rigid envelopes or in a rigid solid paper tube.
We will send mail you a tracking number once we ship your package. International customers should expect to receive their packages in 1-3 weeks (depending on the customs clearance process).



*** INSTALLATION ***

1. Frame your prints using standard frames (i.e. from IKEA) or
2. Mount on your wall using 3M Poster Mounting Adhesive Strips, a Double coated tape or common blu-tack.
