Custom portraits painting made in realistic style in oil on canvas.
This customized portraits are 100% handmade by me with quality materials.

PROCESS,TIME LINE

1.Before ordering necessarily CONTACT me to agree details of the portrait you wish like size, composition, background, etc. Also you must to send me photo of person that you want to portrait (and a couple of additional photos in order for me to note the characteristics of the person). These pictures should to have good resolution in order to get the best results.

2. Then I create a custom listing. You buy the listing. You must pay 50% of cost when place the order. A 50% deposit required to start your artist portrait.

The time required to complete a portrait depends on the size, number of characters, background and takes 4- 6 weeks (I let the painting dry before sending it to you)

3. Once I complete the portrait I will send you pictures of it for your approval and if required, can be insignificantly modified any detail.

4. If you are satisfied with result I create a second custom listing and you must pay the remaining 50%.

5. The work will be sent to you within 7-10 days once your payment has cleared (7 days lasts for receiving permission from the Ministry of Culture to export pictures).

By Etsy policy my shop accept Paypal like payment method.

The cost also varies depending the size, number of characters and complexity of the portrait.

RETURNS & exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of Custom or personalized orders.
Being customized products does not apply the right returning items. I do not provide refunds for completed custom paintings due to the custom nature of the work
If your order is canceled after the painting is started, I do not refund 50% prepayment.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


SHIPPING

I ship within 7-10 business days after payment received (7 days lasts for receiving permission to export pictures from the Ministry of Culture).
Delivery in 30 working days or less from the payment date, but Sometimes any delivery may be detained due to technical, weather, or other circumstances, in such situation my shop doesn't bear responsibility for a delay.
I use UPS and EMS for shipping around the world.
You will receive an email from me with all the details about your purchase within 2 days after your payment.

All the paintings are very carefully and professionally packed.
The Buyer will receive the tracking number as soon as the painting is shipped .This allows the Buyer to track the status of its order on the carrier's website.
Because I send painting on a wooden stretcher and Australia has restrictions on importing wood, I do not send to Australia.

CUSTOMS and import TAXES
Depending the Buyer's delivery address, different taxation rules and additional charges may apply. The Seller is not responsible for any customs and import taxes, such taxes are the responsibility of the buyer /receiver .
The Buyer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes that are not included. The Buyer is free to contact his local customs office for further information before placing his order..
