Pictured here is a romantic painting of a Marriage Proposal and a bride and groom on their wedding day. The first is an example of an original custom portrait painting from a clients own photo. The moment of her actual engagement features in the painting and was commissioned by the young lady. She wanted this large painting to present to her husband-to-be as a wedding present on the day of their marriage. Such a charming idea, which instantly captured my imagination.

I am offering to create a painting of your own special moment, or that of someone close to you, inspired by your own photos. Keep as a romantic momento for yourself, or present it to a bride and groom on their wedding day. All I need are good detailed photographs to work from.

It normally takes around 14 days to complete the work, a little longer at busy times. I will send you work-in-progress images as I go along. I welcome your feedback. After it has your full approval the painting will be allowed to dry, then mailed to you with tracking (signature required on delivery)

Before buying you are welcome to take advantage of a consultation with me by attaching your photos to an Etsy message for me to assess and offer advice. You might want a group portrait, but don't have a complete photo of all the family members together. However this might not be a problem, as often I am able to use the separate photos you do have and combine them into one group portrait composition. Just let me see what you have and we can discuss the possibilities :)

Your painting will be created using professional artist grade oils or acrylic paints, on stretched gallery wrapped cotton acid free canvas. (Acrylic paint dries almost immediately and used when delivery of paintings is required very quickly) The painting will continue on the sides of the canvas so the painting can be displayed with or without frame as you wish. For some sizes you have the option to choose loose canvas, canvas board or wooden panel. I will sign the painting BEE on the front .

I also paint pets, landscapes, favourite places and houses from your own photos. You are welcome to ask any questions you may have. I'll reply pronto!
