The process would be the next: Contact me to agree details of the portrait you wish like size, technique,composition, background, etc. Also you must to send me pictures of persons that you want to portrait, these pictures should to have good resolution in order to get the best results. Anyway if you have not photographs with good resolution I could to make a sketch from the pictures you have and if you are happy with the result I will complete the portrait.

The time lapse to complete the portrait vary according the size, number of characters, technique and complexity of the portrait but in no one case is more than three weeks.The shipping takes around 7 to 14 business days depending the destination place.

The cost also varies depending the size, number of characters, technique and complexity of the portrait, for that we will can to reach an agreement. In my items there is a drop down list of sizes which can help you to have an idea about the price of the portrait you wish.

By Etsy policy my shop accept Paypal like payment method, this is a payment pletaform which your purchase will be safe. Besides, you can pay 50% of cost when place the order, once I complete the portrait I will send you pictures of it for your approval, if you are satisfied with result you would pay the remaining 50%.The work will be sent to you within 1-2 business days once your payment has cleared.
