Description
Send me a photo of your pet, and I will turn it into a custom oil painting! All portraits are hand painted building on my years of classical oil painting training. I studied art & art history at the Alberta College of Art and Design and use my knowledge to model my work after the Old Masters. My process has been employed by painters for hundreds of years, and involves painting in layers to emphasize the luminous quality of oil paints. If you've ever marvelled at an oil painting up close you have surely seen how it is different from any other medium!

Simply send me a photo of your pet, and let me know what color scheme you'd like. Anything is possible so just ask!

Processing Time: between 1-2 months depending of the size and thickness of layers. Paintings need ample time to dry.

If you need it rushed, please let me know and I'll make it happen!

The listing price includes one pet.
One progress photo will be sent during the process and before shipping to make sure you're happy with the painting!

WHAT YOU GET:
A custom hand painted oil painting on archival stretched canvas using professional grade pigments.

PROCESS:

1) Send me your inquiry and photo(s) via Etsy or Email: daliamalletart [!at] gmail.com. The more photos, the better! Also let me know any specifics you'd like in the painting (colors, background, style, etc).

2) Purchase the listing to secure your spot in my studio schedule.

3) I'll start working and email you a progress photo mid-way & before shipping. This is when you can make changes if you wish.

4) With your approval, and when the paint is dry your painting will be packaged & shipped.
