I prefer to work on location from the real building, but I am happy to use your photographs. Please keep in mind that I can only give you a quality job if the photos are clear and taken from the angle you want in the painting. I can work from verbal descriptions for special elements.
If the building no longer exists, I understand that an old photo is all you have and I can work with that. I have drawn many buildings that are no more!
I require a 50% deposit to get started and will send scanned, in-progress updates so you can see what you are buying. The balance will be due upon completion before the painting is shipped. I guarantee that my work is original and completed in a highly professional manner.
Suggested size: 12" x 16" paper, matted to 16" x 20"
Artwork is delivered in a presentation mat covered with a plastic sleeve. It is ready to frame using a standard size frame or can be custom matted and framed by customer.
Only the finest grade watercolor papers and paints are used to assure longevity.
