***How to order a custom painting at FotoKartina Shop?***

â–?Step 1: Choose your favorite style listing from our shop, and select the picture size etc from option menu to submit your order.
â–?Step 2: After you submit the order, send us the photo you would like to be painted to "fotokartinashop@gmail.com" directly or in private messages on Etsy. Tell us in message all the requirements and wishes about the painting.
***!Please send the clear photos, so we could see more details on them and create qualitative picture!***.
â–?Step 3: We create a sketch of the picture and send it to you for confirm
â–?Step 4: After your approval we start creating the painting. Processing time usually takes from 7 to 15 business days.
â–?Step 5: Please check out your shipping information: full name, detailed shipping address, contact telephone number (it is very important).
â–?Step 6: After all, we ship the painting to you and waiting for your positive review :)

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!
Price for painting varies depending on picture size and the number of figures on the picture.One figure means one person, one dog or cat and etc. For more information about the price, write to us in private messages.

***Cancellation***
- I gladly accept cancellations, just contact me within 24 hours of purchase
- If the cancellation is issued when the item is already made, we refund 50% of the item's cost because of production expenses.

***Returns&Exchanges***
Every painting is created individually to order, so I can't accept returns for paintings, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- In the case of any defects of the painting, please contact me in private messages.
- Before shipping a painting we send you a sketch of the picture for approval and making any changes. Be sure to write us your requirements in time, until the painting is ready. After this period the shop is no more responsible for changes.
- The painting is non-returnable, if you simply did not like it.

- Fast shipping via FedEx or DHL takes from 3 to 10 business days and is available at additional cost.
