Take a photo at eye level with your pet. The best angles with your pet looking directly at you, or the head slightly leaned to the side, looking past the camera.
This is especially important for the key features of your pet, such as their eyes and nose. It is very important that the photo be sharp and focused. Unfortunately, It's hard to work with blurry photos.
