********** Steps for custom painting **********

â–?Step 1: Send us the pictures you would like to have painted, or you can send the pictures to our email: "sheilasmithdesigns@gmail.com" directly, and tell us the size, requirements etc. Please write down your full name, contact telephone number, detailed shipping address
â–?Step 2: Choose the size from the DIMENSIONS tab at the top of this listing, Once you have finished with the payment, we will start to paint your orders. Be sure to add any specifics, or any other details you would like for the artist to know.
â–?Step 3: In usual, the painting will be completed around 7-15 days.
â–?Step 4: We will send you photos of the finished painting(s) to confirm, when you confirm it, we will ship your order out immediately.

Your beautiful custom dog portrait will come hand painted on 1/2" depth stretched cotton canvas, and will arrive ready to hang with a wire backing, topped with a protective coat of Oil Varnish for longevity and to resist fading throughout the years. The painting will be signed by the artist in the lower right corner, and also on the back.

**Please Note**
When ordering a custom or commission painting, please know painting will exactly depict the picture or photograph presented and in my artistic style. (Examples of my artistic style presented in Etsy listing.) If any changes need to be made from the picture or photograph please clearly explain all changes before production begins. (1) minor change will be allowed after production of painting. Any other changes taken place after production of painting is finished, will result in a $35/hour fee for minor changes. (Minor charges include adding reflections, highlights or shadows.) $40/hour fee will be charged for major changes. (Major changes include background, background color or color changes.) - Restriction of 3 changes per painting. These charges will be billed via PayPal and will paid before any shipment takes place. Any extra charge is for coverage of extra time and extra supplies used by the commissioned artist.

**There is a 50% cancellation fee for any custom or commission painting.
**There might be a slight variation on the edges from where your canvas was taped down to my work table, and paint built up on the edges. This is just part of the custom, hand painted, experience and gives your painting an even more unique appeal.
