I can offer custom/bespoke portraits using any personal photograph or picture of a public figure.
I paint in a realistic style so that the person is completely recognisable, but I involve abstract elements of colour and texture, see the example of Malcolm X in images.
I can also add elements which represent the character of the person, including other images, objects, textures and colours.
Please contact me to discuss what you would like in detail. It will take me three to four weeks to complete an order, once the image is received including painting, waiting a sufficient time for the artwork to dry, packaging and posting. Please note that I can only take two orders at a time, so I may have to postpone your order if I am in the middle of completing one.
I am currently offering three sizes which roughly correspond to A3, A2 and A1 dimensions, details below:
- A1 size - 90cm x 60cm
- A2 size - 60cm x 40cm
- A3 size - 40cm x 30cm
