After that, I will work on your portraits and deliver within 5-10 days. This could take more time for a group portrait of many people.
I will paint a beautiful and unique hand-painted Oil on Canvas portrait of your loved one or pet from your photos. I do all animals and people (price is one person/animal per painting)(add 22 US$ for every additional person/animal in the same painting) I use only the best canvas and good quality oils by Old Holland Classic Oil Colors and Michael Harding Artists' Oil Colors.
You can buy the original Canvas within 2 months after which I usually re-use the canvas. PM me for a quote.
�CHOOSING PHOTOGRAPH FOR THE PORTRAIT
All my portraits are painted from photographs. If you are thinking of having a portrait done why not to email me your favorite images. I will be happy to have a look at them and will revert with detailed feedback.
There are couple important things to look out for while choosing the right photo.
Here are some tips that will help you select some good photographs:
* good lighting and contrast.
* soft shadow is good as it is the shadow and light that gives the painting its dimension.
* I cannot work from tiny images or photographs that are blurry, with no shadow, no detail. High-resolution images are preferred.
* In some cases it is still possible to use low-resolution photos but I would need to see it first to be able to decide.
* don't worry about the background or what else is in the shot, I am able to remove it and paint with another backgrounds.
* more than one photograph of the subject is ideal. The more the pictures I get the more I can paint the personality.
