It looks to have been on canvas and the has been painted over and then even more recently accent painted. The edges of the canvas have fallen off in areas,cracked in many others, and lots of chipped paint. Trying to let you be aware how poor a condition this is in. The center image is in better shape.The art measures about 18 x 23 1\/2 in. You can frame this in a oval frame and even have a matting to hide the damage on the outside.
